MBSI’s Exec­u­tive Team brings wide-rang­ing per­spec­tive, exten­sive indus­try expe­ri­ence and pas­sion for client sat­is­fac­tion and inno­va­tion to their lead­er­ship roles. The Exec­u­tive Team is respon­si­ble for exe­cut­ing MBSI’s busi­ness strat­e­gy and direct­ing the per­for­mance, oper­at­ing results and growth of the Com­pa­ny.

Mario T. Man­ang­haya  

Chair­man & Chief Exec­u­tive Offi­cer

Mario is a Cer­ti­fied Pub­lic Accoun­tant by pro­fes­sion with more than 50 years of com­bined expe­ri­ence in pub­lic account­ing prac­tice, busi­ness advi­so­ry, finance and top man­age­ment roles. Mario’s lat­est major role was being Chair­man and Man­ag­ing Part­ner of KPMG Laya Man­ang­haya & Co. for sev­er­al years until his retire­ment in 2007.  Pri­or to this, he retired as Head of Audit Prac­tice and mem­ber of Man­age­ment Com­mit­tee of SGV & Co. then a mem­ber firm of Arthur Ander­sen & Co.  Cur­rent­ly, he sits in the Board of sev­er­al com­pa­nies and serves as Chair­man and CEO of sev­er­al com­pa­nies engaged in busi­ness advi­so­ry, exec­u­tive search, busi­ness process out­sourc­ing, and phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal man­u­fac­tur­ing. Mario attend­ed man­age­ment devel­op­ment pro­grams at the Har­vard Busi­ness School and the Asian Insti­tute of Man­age­ment. He obtained his Bach­e­lor of Sci­ence in Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion degree from the Uni­ver­si­ty of the East.

Chief Finance & Risk Offi­cer

Tony has assumed the CFO role for var­i­ous local and multi­na­tion­al com­pa­nies, includ­ing KPMG Laya Man­ang­haya & Co., Pilip­inas Makro, Isla Com­mu­ni­ca­tions, and Edward Keller Philip­pines, among oth­ers.  He has com­plet­ed Man­age­ment Devel­op­ment Pro­grams from the Nijen­rode Uni­ver­si­ty in the Nether­lands, Colum­bia Uni­ver­si­ty in New York, and Sun­dridge Park Man­age­ment Cen­ter in the Unit­ed King­dom.  He is also a Cer­ti­fied Pub­lic Accoun­tant and was con­nect­ed with SGV & Co. as a Senior Audi­tor. He obtained his Bach­e­lor of Sci­ence in Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion degree from the Uni­ver­si­ty of the East, grad­u­at­ing Cum Laude.
