The years of man­age­ment and super­vi­so­ry expe­ri­ence of MBSI’s Busi­ness Process Out­sourc­ing Heads play an inte­gral role in the Company’s con­tin­ued suc­cess. The BPO Heads are respon­si­ble for over­see­ing MBSI’s client man­age­ment, busi­ness devel­op­ment, oper­a­tions and capa­bil­i­ty devel­op­ment.

Rolan­do l. Dy-Liac­co

Don­di is a BPO Head in Finan­cial, Account­ing and Xero Ser­vices. He is a Cer­ti­fied Pub­lic Accoun­tant and has almost 40 years of exten­sive expe­ri­ence in both pub­lic and pri­vate account­ing.
He had his career in pub­lic account­ing with 2 of the Big 4 audit firms in the Philip­pines and abroad man­ag­ing audit engage­ments for com­pa­nies in var­i­ous busi­ness lines includ­ing man­u­fac­tur­ing, con­struc­tion, pow­er dis­tri­b­u­tion, oil field ser­vices, trad­ing, hos­pi­tal and med­ical ser­vices, hotels and resorts, restau­rants, and phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal. He was an Chief Accountant/Audit Director/Finance Man­ag­er of sev­er­al pri­vate cor­po­ra­tions both local and abroad cov­er­ing indus­tries such as man­u­fac­tur­ing, non-life insur­ance, con­struc­tion, trav­el, food and bev­er­age, expor­ta­tion, and phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal, Infor­ma­tion Tech­nol­o­gy, among oth­ers.
Don­di is an accred­it­ed CPA with the Board of Accoun­tan­cy (BoA) and the Bureau of Inter­nal Rev­enue (BIR), and a Cer­ti­fied Xero Advi­sor.

Lea is a BPO Head in the Finance and Account­ing busi­ness process out­sourc­ing ser­vices. She has over 11 years of expe­ri­ence in pub­lic account­ing with a Big 4 account­ing firm in the Philip­pines and US, man­ag­ing finan­cial state­ment audits of com­pa­nies in var­i­ous indus­tries, includ­ing BPOs and shared ser­vices, indus­tri­al mar­kets, con­sumer mar­kets, finan­cial ser­vices, phar­ma­ceu­ti­cals and hos­pi­tals, trans­port and logis­tics and not-for-prof­it. She also has more than 10 years of com­bined expe­ri­ence in Human Resources and Train­ing with the same Big 4 account­ing firm in the Philip­pines.

Lea is a grad­u­ate of the Uni­ver­si­ty of Wis­con­sin-Mil­wau­kee with a Bachelor’s degree in Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion (major in Account­ing) and is a US CPA.
